n December 16th, 2009 in Quang Nam Province, the “PEACE VILLAGE GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY” has been held bustling by Seogwoo Construction Co. Ltd. (Vietnam) – the main contractor of the project.

The event has been organized successfully with the attendance of over 200 guests, consist of high leaders of provincial and governmental levels, and of other relevant authorities of S.R. of Vietnam and R. of Korea as well. The 1st stage of the Project is scheduled to be commenced right after the Ceremony and completed in the end of year 2009.
