On October 10th, 2011, President Truong Tan Sang, companioned with members of the Central Judicial Reform Steering Committee, has visited and inspected the construction progress of Judges Training School Project in Kim Son, Gia Lam, Hanoi which is being implemented by Seogwoo Construction Co., Ltd. ( Vietnam), the main Contractor.
 The Judges Training School is the first component in the project ??Judges training school modernization??sponsored by Korean Government through Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) with a non-refundable 3 million USD aid in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between KOICA and the Vietnam Supreme People?�s Court dated 19th December 2008. Mr Jang Soon Bong, General Director of Seogwoo Construction Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), the main Contractor, has had a brief report of the project and the project?�s progress.
 According to the report as well as the actual state at site, the project is being implemented as planned and shall be completed at the end of May, 2012. ??With the kindly support of the Parties, the thorough management of Project Management Unit and the enthusiastic working spirit of Seogwoo Company, I strongly believe that the project will be finished successfully?? the President said in the meeting.
